that when you place a deposit, if a breeder’s contract says deposits
are non-refundable, then they are. When we accept deposits to hold
puppies (whether it is for a few days, a week or months), this puppy
has been removed from availability and held for your purchase.
In addition, we have spent a great deal of money and time,
communicating with you, sending pictures, processing your purchase
and turning away other interested families in the process.
